Brittany Clarke It’s Gonna Turn Review

Brittany Clarke It’s Gonna Turn

*****
Passion filled vocals fill this delightful album
Brittany Clarke is a twenty year old modern country singer who has opened for the likes of Jamie O’Neal. Brittany is now signed to Foremost Records in Nashville and is currently enjoying success on the Music Row chart with her latest single It’s Gonna Turn. Brittany’s music has a rocky pop beat. Unsurprisingly she has been compared with the likes of modern country stars Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift. Brittany starts off her album with a rousing song called Cut Me Lose. Instantly Miranda Lambert and Gretchen Wilson spring to mind. Brittany has a lot of power in her vocals. It’s Gonna Turn is a slower song with a highly polished modern country/pop sound. Brittany puts a lot of feeling into her vocals. A likeable song, which will appeal to many listeners. Tonight, I Let You Go is a catchy modern country song with plenty of feeling and depth. Remember That is a soulful ballad, which gives Brittany a chance to really shine and that she certainly does. The lyrics are powerful and really emotive. Brittany really puts everything she has into this song about an abusive partner. It is worth buying a copy of this album just for this song alone. Didn’t I sees the mood lighten up once again. This is a pleasant pop infused country song. If That Chair Could Talk is another amazing ballad with stunning lyrics and great vocals. I’m Listening ends the album off on a power packed high note. Brittany does sound a little like Carrie Underwood on this final offering, which comes all too soon. Brittany’s vocals are strong and full of power and passion. This album is jam packed full of little gems. Brittany Clarke is a real star for the future.
